I mainly work with entrepreneurs, startups, scaleups, and innovation teams to tackle both their business and people challenges.

I partner with ventures and innovation teams to make their strategy tangible and bring their ideas to life. Depending on what you need, this could be a focused workshop to challenge an idea or get strategic alignment, a sprint to validate a specific business model grounded in a human-centered design process, or a longer engagement to clarify and implement a new strategic direction.

Work example

I designed and facilitated an interactive workshop that guided participants through defining their strategic 'Where to Play, How to Win' framework, establishing core values, co-creating a concrete learning framework, mapping customer journeys, and reviewing first prototypes. 

This process led to clear alignment, identified key success factors, and surfaced potential risks, enabling the client to move forward with confidence and a unified vision for their business model.

I offer targeted team workshops, boosts as well as longer journey’s to help you align on shared goals and build new collaboration skills. We can also partner to design and embed new ways of working and create a culture of psychological safety that empowers your team to keep innovating, even as your organization changes and grows.

Creating the conditions to enable design teams to do their best work

As a member of the Regional Leadership Team for IDEO Europe, I was responsible to empower design teams to do the best design work, continually improve, and achieve outstanding impact and business results.

We implemented and trained for retrospectives, strengthened measures for psychological safety, implemented different formats for valuable critique sessions, defined learning-loops and how to operationalize them and defined standard team interventions and rituals for higher collaboration, creativity and effectiveness.

I partner with entrepreneurs and innovation leaders to navigate ambiguity, hold tensions, gain clarity and strengthen resilience. My trainings & coaching are grounded in systemic thinking and provide a confidential safe space for you to develop new leadership skills, build personal resilience, or find a clear path forward.

Empowering leadership development through resilience

The Leadership Talent Academy (UnternehmerTUM) Alumni wanted to come together for a 'reflect & retreat' to continue empowering each other's leadership development with the focus on resilience.

I crafted and led a comprehensive day program that enabled participants to deeply understand the dynamics of their body, brain, behavior, and emotions under stress. They acquired concrete self-regulation methods, collaboratively tackled current obstacles, and strategized on strengthening their resilience over time.
