For over 15 years, I’ve supported organizations in navigating complex change, building innovation capabilities, and rethinking what effective leadership looks like today. My experience spans global corporations, fast-moving startups, public sector initiatives, and purpose-driven ventures.
As a former Design Director at IDEO and Manager at Accenture Strategy, I bring a unique blend of strategic thinking, human-centered design, coaching, and creative problem solving to every collaboration. Strategy, to me, is never just about frameworks or slides. It’s about making meaningful decisions in complex systems, unlocking human potential, and creating environments where bold thinking and real resilience can thrive.
