I believe organizations and leaders need to fundamentally rethink how they design for resilience and unlock potential. This goes beyond simply driving results. It means approaching strategy with a systemic lens, fostering work environments where teams can innovate, grow new capabilities and truly thrive, while empowering leaders to navigate complexity.

Over the past 13 years, I’ve worked as a strategist, designer, and systemic coach with global corporations, startups, governments, entrepreneurs, and intrapreneurs. As former Design Director at IDEO, my approach blends strategic depth, creative problem-solving, and human-centered design. I partnered with organizations and leaders on e.g. driving strategic innovation, defining the future of work, embedding human-centered design and building new capabilities.
