Hey, I’m Rebecca

As a business designer, strategist, and systemic coach, I partner with entrepreneurs and innovation teams to shape what’s next. I started Future Forward Leadership with a clear mission: to help you unlock the potential that's already within you, your team, and your venture.

For over 14 years, I've had the privilege of collaborating with organizations of all sizes, from global corporations to fast-moving startups and venture teams. Having worked with more than 40 different teams and held leadership roles for over a decade, I’ve helped clients navigate the complexities of innovation and strategic implementation across many sectors. As a former Design Director at IDEO, I bring a human-centered, creative approach to every challenge, moving beyond theoretical frameworks to solve real-world problems.

I founded my work on a core belief: true innovation isn’t just about a great idea or a flawless business plan. It’s about the people. That’s why I work at the intersection of business strategy and human psychology. I've seen firsthand that resilience and confident leadership are the ultimate drivers of sustainable growth.

Whether I'm helping a founder navigate a major transition, guiding a team to build new ways of working, or partnering to design a new business model, my goal is the same: to provide the clarity, tools, and support you need to lead with purpose and build something that is adaptable while providing value.

Human-Centered Strategy & Business Design

I partner with ventures and innovation teams to make their strategy tangible and bring their ideas to life. Depending on what you need, this could be a focused workshop to challenge an idea or get strategic alignment, a sprint to validate a specific business model grounded in a human-centered design process, or a longer engagement to clarify and implement a new strategic direction. Through effective collaboration, rapid prototyping, and fast learning, I aim to support you to build with confidence and direction.

I offer targeted team workshops, boosts as well as longer journey’s to help you align on shared goals and build new collaboration skills.
