In response to the post-pandemic shift in work culture, the organization wanted to move beyond one-size-fits-all models and co-create a future of work that truly fit their people and context. Through futures thinking, data analysis, and co-creation with employees across the company, we explored what kind of flexibility would enable both performance and well-being.

Instead of locking in a fixed model, we created a shared direction — a North Star — and empowered the organization to continue shaping its work practices through experimentation and learning.

Designing a purpose process to articulate a unifying North Star for an international organization — shaping a shared sense of meaning, direction, and impact.

In a time of change and growth, the organization sought a purpose that could unify strategy, culture, and leadership — and guide decisions at every level. We facilitated a company-wide journey to co-create this purpose, involving over 1,200 employees through interviews, workshops, and digital feedback tools.

Rooted in the organization’s history and future ambitions, we uncovered the values, aspirations, and stories that mattered most — drawing insights from employees in 26 countries. This process not only clarified the organization’s reason for being beyond profit, but also laid the foundation for collaboration, alignment, and engagement across teams.

As a mentor, I work with early-stage entrepreneurs to develop viable, purpose-driven business ideas — offering feedback on product-market fit, business model design, and investor readiness. The program supports gender-diverse Greentech startups across Europe working toward scalable, sustainable solutions.
