Team Design Sprint
Build the foundations for true high performance.
Even strong teams hit friction. This sprint is for you if you recognise any of these patterns:
High effort, low impact:
Your team is working hard and running fast — but feels exhausted, and the outcomes don’t reflect the energy invested.
Hybrid disconnect:
Collaboration between home office and onsite work feels fragmented. Information slips through the cracks, the sense of unity fades, and people work next to each other rather than with each other.
Unresolved tensions:
There are conflicts or “elephants in the room” that no one addresses. Because there’s no shared way to deal with them, they quietly block progress.
Process gridlock:
Decision paths are unclear, alignment takes too long, and you feel like you’re going in circles instead of moving forward.
Role confusion:
It’s often unclear who owns what. This leads to double work, frustration, or important topics falling through the cracks.
Upgrade to how you work together!
We don’t treat symptoms — we redesign how your team collaborates, using agile methods, human-centered design, New Work principles, and systemic coaching.
In a focused sprint, we release the handbrakes in your team by combining strategic clarity with human depth. We address what you work on and how you work together.
The goal: A team that moves in the same direction, uses conflict as a resource, and takes ownership with fresh energy.
Your 6 Weeks Team Design Sprint*
Weeks 1–2:
Diagnostic & Insight
Before acting, we understand.
Through 1:1 interviews and a systemic analysis, we identify what’s really going on — hidden patterns, strategic gaps, and the true sources of your team’s friction.
Week 3:
Reveal & Redesign
A 1–2 day intensive workshop.
We put the real topics on the table, clear long-standing blockers, and co-create your new “operating system”: roles, rules, rituals, and meeting structures. Using human-centered and systemic coaching methods, we make solutions tangible immediately.
Weeks 4–5:
Prototyping
The most important part happens after the workshop.
Your team applies the new structures and behaviours right away — we test them in real work situations.
I support you through individual coaching and/or with reflection sessions, ensuring new habits stick and old patterns don’t return.
Week 6:
Review & Integration
We evaluate together: What worked? What needs refinement?
You leave with a tailored Team Playbook that helps you continue confidently without external support.
*This is a suggested approach. Depending on your team’s situation, we modify it to target the areas that matter most.

Empowering Innovation Culture
The Challenge: At IDEO, high performance in a fast-paced, uncertain environment doesn't just happen—it requires intentional design.
The Solution: As part of the Regional Leadership Team, my mandate was to create the conditions for interdisciplinary innovation teams to thrive. We refined processes and implemented key mechanisms—including retrospectives, rituals for psychological safety, effective critique sessions, and continuous learning loops.
The Impact: This strengthened the cultural foundation that allows teams to do their best work. This deep expertise forms the DNA of the methodologies I now bring to my clients.

Redesigning the "Future of Work"
The Challenge: A leading game design company needed to redefine how they collaborate in a post-pandemic, hybrid reality without losing their creative edge or culture.
The Solution: We didn't just write a policy; we designed a "North Star." I helped them create a Team Playbookfeaturing guiding principles and an experimentation plan.
The Impact: The team moved from uncertainty to action with a clear roadmap to test, learn, and adjust their working model—securing "quick wins" for employees immediately.

Scaling Leadership with Intention
The Challenge: The leadership team of a fast-scaling sustainability venture faced growing pains. Strategic alignment was slipping, and they needed to upgrade their approach to stay effective.
The Solution: I designed and facilitated an immersive intervention to break through the noise and gain new perspectives. We conducted deep, honest conversations to address strategic blockers and the "elephants in the room."
The Impact: The session cleared the air and defined a unified path forward. It shifted the focus from an individual to a collective team perspective, building a resilient foundation for the next growth stage.
