As certified Systemic Business Coach I work since 2018 with leaders, leadership teams and entrepreneurs, creating space for deep self-reflection, unlock resources and growing as leader to be able to foster a culture of trust, distributed ownership, creative collaboration and organizational resilience in fast-changing environments. This is especially relevant for founders and leaders navigating growth, transition, or uncertainty.

Empowering leadership development through resilience
The Leadership Talent Academy (UnternehmerTUM) Alumni came together for a 'reflect & retreat' to continue empowering each other's leadership development with the focus on resilience.
I designed and led a comprehensive day program that enabled participants to deeply understand the dynamics of their body, brain, behavior, and emotions under stress. They acquired concrete self-regulation methods, collaboratively tackled current obstacles, and strategized on strengthening their resilience over time.
