As a former IDEO Design Director and Manager at Accenture Strategy, with a more than 15 years of strategic consulting experience, I help startups, scale-ups, and corporate ventures to turn vision into strategy and strategy into tangible results. Building innovation accelerator to unleash organizational exploration power
Fostering innovation across the organization I worked with a global organization establishing a connected, customer-centric innovation entity. Through building capabilities and processes for prototyping, validating, and scaling, we empowered teams to push boundaries and drive change. As a result, 5 beacon projects were successfully delivered, with 3 scaling, creating a sustainable innovation culture aligned with strategic goals.

Gaining strategic alignment and action-based decision making for a new venture
I designed and facilitated an interactive workshop that guided participants through defining their strategic 'Where to Play, How to Win' framework, establishing core values, co-creating a concrete learning framework, mapping customer journeys, and reviewing first prototypes for a new venture.
This process led to clear alignment, identified key success factors, and surfaced potential risks, enabling the client to move forward and define a clear action plan.

Mentoring for climate-focused startups to refine business model and decision making
I support entrepreneurs to develop their business ideas, provide feedback along viability, desirability and feasibility as well as act as board member in mock board meetings to refine their decision-making and strengthen their ability to engage with a board effectively.
Since 2009 VilCap Investments, has invested in 110 startups that have gone on to raise more than $500 million in follow-on capital. The Greentech Europe program supports gender-diverse Greentech innovation in Europe.
